Several years ago, Time Magazine wrote, “The growth of the U.S. Hispanic population is the most startling phenomenon in American social history.” This phenomenon is changing the way Americans eat, do business, vote, worship, and recreate. In fact, it is not an exaggeration to state that America’s changing demographics affect every aspect of American life.

In 2003, Stan Perea wrote The New America: The America of the Moo-Shoo Burrito, which examines the multicultural shifts in our country. In 2005, The New America Consulting Group was formed, which offers training and consulting to businesses, school districts, churches, and politicians in order to help them understand the shifting demographics.
